Tomorrow's Yoga Today!

There is a New Scientific language, and it is speaking through the Vagus Nerve. This is the true Body, Mind, and Spirit Connection!!! VagusYoga™ incorporates movement, positions, breath work, sounds and meditations -- some centuries old and some new -- that have been proven by modern medical science to be beneficial to your health and well being. VagusYoga™ will safely lift your mood, relieve stress and improve your physical, mental and spiritual health.

The Vagus Nerve, known as the happiness nerve, starts at the base of the brain and connects to seven key organs. It regulates emotions, breath, cell regeneration, digestion, and inflammation; reduces depression and anxiety; lowers cortisol (stress hormone); improves digestion, sleep, and most all bodily functions. In addition, evidence of its aging suppression and cell regeneration is suspected and early research is encouraging.
